Sony VAIO G Video Review

Sony VAIO G
Sony love their carbon fiber material notebooks and they are getting better with it. First, they introduce the infamous X505 which is considered as a breakthrough in what to use for the laptop material at that time. Bringing down the weight to only 1.7lb for a full 10 inches laptop and how amazingly thin the X505 is, those validate Sony as a innovative company. The quest is continue, Sony keeps building its notebook empire upon this carbon material. The latest incarnation is the Sony VAIO G (G-Shock). We have been amazed how light the Sony TX is (11.1 inches screen only weighs 2.75lb with built-in DVDRW). With Sony VAIO G, the barrier is pushed even further! Now with a 12 inches screen, built-in DVDRW and a long 7 hours battery, all come in a small package that weighs only 2.2lb! It’s been while since I saw something innovative from Japan (the last time is the Sony UX series which becomes a hit in US as well). Here I did some small video review on the unit to give you some idea on how it looks. Watch the video:
